Holy cow...its literally been almost 9 months since I last updated, which is absolutely ridiculous!
Well I finished up my junior year of college, had to do 5 weeks of summer school which wasn't terrible by any means, and got a new job! Now with school starting this coming Monday I figured I catch everyone up one what an adventurous summer has occurred to this 20 something:)
In June my family and I went to Zion National Park for a quick 4 day trip, where we hiked, hiked and hiked some more, also we ate this delicious pasta at this super cute restaurant in the city right outside of the Park. My brother and I dared to hiked the Narrows which is a 10 mile round trip hike through the bottom of a gorgeous canyon, hiking through the Virgin River...it was stunning to say the least, and I almost fell only 4 times...so that is a plus.
Kev and I left our hotel room at about 6:45 in the morning so we could get into the Narrows early so we weren't making the trek with hundreds others, which really worked in our advantage...there was no one with us until we got back in the late afternoon *insert praising hands emoji here*
The Virgin River reached the top of Kev's ribs in some parts but it was mostly waist deep which made for a fun time trying to navigate through the water that was this gorgeous teal color in a lot of spots.

After summer school ended my 22nd birthday was fast approaching...and just FYI 22 is my favorite number so naturally I had to do something fun:) So a couple of days before the blessed day I went up to LA with a couple of friends to explore...I was not prepared...
We all have those Instagram accounts we follow that are full of Artsy Fartsy pictures that you somehow wish you could do...*insert the picture of the angel wings in the Arts District* there is was and I needed to find it and take a picture. Well the Arts District in LA is kinda hard to navigate and makes it fun trying to park...thank the lucky starts the one of BFFs is a ninja woman and while I was trying to find a parking spot, spotted the glorious angel wings.

Than as if the angel wings weren't brilliant enough we decided to go to the Grammy Museum, if you're a Taylor Swift fan like myself and so many others...you need to emotionally prepare yourself. There is some awesome exhibits all throughout the museum that tell the story of the Grammy's and the music industry in general, with big stars like Beyonce, Tupac and so many others that have Grammy outfits there, and journals with song lyrics in them...it was definitely an experience. Then all of a sudden you go to the Taylor Swift Experience and you just lose your chill.
Speaking of our girl Tay Tay guess who's going to her concert this Saturday!!!! Pictures will be up:)

After all that, my family and I went up to the gorgeous Northern California to explore San Francisco, Monterey and Carmel. Let me just say...absolutely stunning, there was so much to do, in just the short 2 days we were in SF but made it work and still had time to sit back and enjoy the views of the bay area. Pictures don't do it justice of how incredible it was.
Well I'm done for the day:) Remember to enjoy those Kakes:)
